Preventing the dandruff is Easier

Learning to manage stress.
Regular shampooing 2-3 times a week. If oily hair, shampooing can be made every day and more secure if you use a shampoo that is not too harsh (mild shampoo).
Stop using hair styling products that are not suitable for the hair and dander can trigger such as hair sprays, styling gels etc..
Eat healthy foods. Food can provide enough zinc (zinc), vitamin B and essential fatty acids that may help prevent dandruff.
Few bask in the sun because sunlight can help the process of prevention and cure of dandruff. However, if too long, the sun can damage your scalp and hair.
